HISTORIC PROPERTY REINVESTMENT PROGRAM

The NJ Economic Development Authority is seeking applications for tax credits worth up to 45% of your project's eligible costs through the Historic Property Reinvestment Program, a competitive program that incentivizes rehabilitation of designated historic structures across New Jersey.
To be eligible, a project must include rehabilitation of a structure that has been previously identified as historic by either the National or New Jersey Register of Historic Places, the Pinelands Commission, or a Certified Local Government.
The deadline for submissions is February 29th, 2024.
